    When trying with ifile it shows wierd text,

    Is there an app/tweak I can use to clearly see the code and edit it?

    What are you trying to edit? I believe you can't.

    Sorry but what you wanna do is not possible cause iOS 8 added way more restrictions regarding file management. You're good with .deb files/save games/ etc. :)

    How would I learn to mess with save games, or debs? What's the language?

    Well most of it is done with a file manager like iFile or Filza. the pros here post up .deb files, you download them, install them, and you're good to go :D

    The more you interact with them, the more you'll learn and you'll familiarize yourself with how it's done
