I am looking for a Cydia tweak that when used makes your iPhone/iOS Device *Another*.

 

In other words I want a tweak that makes a given app think this device is a new one (not used yet)

 

I remember way back @Dida speaking about this tweak but can't remember it, thanks for your time.
