Yes, file a dispute on that purchase of you can. When purchasing IAP, turn LocalIapStore, uninstall IAPCrazy and such IAP tweaks.

i think no, because it is not them fault, they sent the stuff which u bought, but because of jb and tweaks, it was not able to deliver, i had the same problem with kritika, while i was bying vip, i had activated locallappstore and other stuff also, so when i bought it, it said successfully purchased, i was charged, but vip tatus was not delivered, because of jb
