Weird. Are you using it on online matches? I would advise to only use it on the offline levels. Anything related to online might trigger it. Not too sure.

I’m not sure what you mean by online matches? I did have it connected to my facebook account to save my progress on the game, is that what you meant?

Yes I was participating in the team events but that automatically gives points by passing every level. So not sure how to avoid that?

It's okay, thank you anyway for trying to help. I will install the app again and start playing from the start as a guest and see how I go from there... Do you have any recommendations on how to avoid getting banned again?

Yes, I side loaded it but I didn’t uninstall the original game. I have them both installed on my phone. On the normal game I’m logged into Facebook (which is the banned version) and on the sideloaded app I’m currently playing as a guest I didn’t sign in anywhere to save mu progress.

I played for 3 days as a guest from level 1, didn’t login to anything to save my progress and they did it again. Got rid of my boosters, coins and team. I used only the freeze moves but it didn’t seem to work. Not sure what I am doing wrong with the hack as I can see players still playing with the hacks and not getting banned or caught.
