I got the cheat, I ticked all but only the unban cheat worked, but not the unlimited cars, coins or anything. Should I reinstall or?

If you mean as if I ticked all cheats, yes.

And I brought a decal for one of my cars and didn't work.

The recent comments are saying they're having problems too. All on i9? Kitty has all the requirements and obviously the hack installed properly if ban works. Doesn't make sense

I do have xmodgames that could have broken it or not, since I had a nitro cheat, but wouldn't that just effect the nitro option?

You'd have to launch the Game through xModGames for that mod to work, so no.

 

Any details you think you left out?

 

Maybe try reinstalling it?
