One Piece Treasure Cruise 3.0 can't find file

I need a bit of help here. I have an iPod touch 5 gen running ios 9.0.2 and I was able to find the file for the one piece hack. But when I try doing it on my iPad air running ios 8.4 I can't find the file anywhere. Any help?

What do you mean by "find"? Can you perhaps explain more details?

Once you click the download link, give it a few seconds/minutes for the page to refresh and give you the downloaded file with an option to "Open in iFile...". Then the downloaded file will appear in /User/Documents/.
