I keep getting kicked out by a game

I js wanted to play tocaboca w like all resources, but when I first launched the app it stopped working while popping up the worlds and cities.

at first I js thought that it was probably a bug or smth so I js rejoined but it didn’t help and now I can’t even see the title screen it’s just plain white and then I get kicked out 

I was thinking that it might be my storage or smth but I still have like 10gb free 

i was just wondering if there’s an issue with the game or is it my phone that keeps me away from playing  and if there’s a way to help me get out of this situation since other apps don’t seem to be affected

(ps I used to have the hacked edition and could peacefully play it)
