Help/Support Safari Error: Failed to create the downloads directory

Hey iG users, I normally can solve my own problems but I've never came across this error:

 

Now what exactly happens is when using Safari it'll crash on random, 5x+ a day, and when I reopen Safari that pop up occurs.

 

Specs: iPad 4th gen

iOS 8.1

I'll uninstall it for a day and see if it persists.

The things that I did when I tried fixing that:

Reboot

Delete any tweaks that has to do with safari

Restore

Lol booting wouldn't do anything.

I uninstalled Safari Downloader to see if that's the problem. We'll find out
