Go to your trash, find the file you deleted, and put it back where it needs to go.

I already emptied the trash bin and I tried outing it back before but it didn't work please help!!!

use cydia impactor, then rejailbreak again

That might be the only thing you can do unless you can get someone to send you the file with the same specs as your iDevice

its an cydia app, search for it in cydia, install it, do what the app says, then after that rejailbreak
