Help/Support Help Logging In on IOS

Not sure what the issue is but I just can't log into my account on my IOS device but I am able to login using the same exact credentials on my pc. 
I reset my password thinking that was the issue but it wasn't as I can post this (obviously) and login normally. Every-time I hop onto this site on the iPhone it just says either incorrect email or password up until it says I have been banned from using the sire for short period of time due to having done to many requests of trying to login. Only need to login in to be able to react to a post so the download is available on the IOS device. I even tried making a new account because why not, then it followed by telling me that an account with that email had already existed that I hadn't used before. 

Anyone know why I can't login? I've tried Safari and Google Chrome apps.

iOS 15? Go in to safari and disable java as you log in. 
Settings - Safari - Advanced - Javascript - Off
Then turn it back on once you login
