Dear iOS Gods Support Team,

I recently subscribed to iOS Gods VIP Plus (3 months)Order #750563, and completed payment via Apple Pay on October 25, 2025, at 03:45 UTC.

After the purchase, I received an email stating that my subscription was under admin review. However, approximately 24 hours later, my account was permanently banned.

Could you please clarify the reason for this permanent ban? I would appreciate any details regarding the issue or steps I can take to resolve it.

I'm posting this message using a different account, because my main account was permanently banned after the subscription payment.

Since my account was marked as “currently being held for review” and later permanently banned, I have not received any further emails or updates about my subscription.

I also sent an email to the admin directly, but haven’t received any response yet.

Additionally, I did not receive any notification or explanation before my account was banned, even though the payment was successfully charged to my card.

Could you please review this issue and let me know the reason for the ban?

I think you were accidentally caught up in a recent wave of spam we were removing. I've unbanned your previous account and merged your new one into it. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

By the way, may I ask about the progress of my VIP Pro subscription review?
Could you please let me know how long it usually takes for the VIP to be activated?

The one you submitted was automatically refused and refunded. You'll need to submit it again once the refund has appeared on your account. :)

It’s been some time and I haven’t seen it in my account yet — does it normally take around 3–5 days, or longer?
