Hey guys I was wondering how do you make download links for safari? I'm stuck and I don't know what to do lol

As long as you have a download manager installed from Cydia then download links work with Safari.

 

iFile seems to work also.

You can do what Diversityy suggested.

 

Make sure you crack the IPA first.
