Help/Support Payment need to be verified manually for vip

it says

what should i do to get this approved and start using the app

Hello, as it says- the admin will need to approve your vip so please be patient and they’ll get to it asap. 
 

As for using the app- you can already use the free iOSGods app, you just won’t have access to the vip mods until you’re approved.

That’s because the certificate is currently revoked- use sidelodly to install your favourite apps
