As of now the safest and fool proof plan is to use the IGG method as stated. Completely fool proof and its value doesn't stick permanently, system can't really detect it. I've gotten myself to quite a feat now already and am currently slowing down because I'm only level 25 with mostly 3 stars and level 50.. All these are only achievable at level 50-60+ due to the rigorous grind.. And also I got to rank 0.9 on arena.. Time to tone it down..

You can't modify any resources. So far only attack and HP on weapons and armor seem to be changeable. I couldn't get Dodge to work. But attack and HP is all you really need.

Just got banned for doing the hp and attack hacks with igg.  I did abuse it though. Got to the end of the content, currently map 9, and pvpd as much as I could. Had one five star and the rest four. Used the value of 5 million for both hp and attack. Got a message saying account suspended for using external software. So be careful and use at your own risk.
