I can confirm this. You can still use the auto spawn and auto kill on mobs. just not on remnant. So dont use auto kill with auto spawn in a room where theres a remnant either. You can use auto kill on remnants , just not with auto spawn. they seem to have added a feature in the system where if a remnant spawns faster than the set timer, it’ll be detected and it will cause auto ban.

Auto-Sell doesn't seem to work. Inventory is full now and it's not selling anything. How do I know which item is trash? Well ok, it's working. You have to be in town. I thought the hack works like it's selling from anywhere.

Auto sell works everywhere. You dont need to be in town for it to work. The only items considered “trash” are misc items. Gears / weapons , shards , etc you still have to sell on your own.

What exactly is the discreet method ? Auto kill/spawn in Remnants seems to result in an immediate ban, but using weak enemies id working ? About the Trials is auto kill risky there too?

Not tested yet but I may say this. The thing makes you immediate ban would be spawn feature. And auto kill in Trial actually not work as you think, yes the mobs still die but it just give you the normal mobs drop, not the trial one.
