Help/Support Need help with login/verification

So basically i was downloading a game and realised i wasn’t logged into my account and when i went to try and login it just refreshed my page.

I also saw the thing about only being able to use emails to login from now on so i tried it with email too.

Once again it didn’t work so I thought maybe it was the account that was bugged, so i made another one, and the same thing happend.

luckly when i made the account i got an email directing me to the website, unfortunately it just opened a private window instead of sending me to safari.

So now im kind of stuck on what to do, i already have the app downloaded but i cant login to use it.

Hello, sorry to hear about your inconvenience. This may not work for you but I found that it worked for me in the past. When your login page is refreshing- choose the “forgot password” option which should send you an email and then you follow the steps which should log you in again. Then try your game.
