ive tried, when i do that the apple logo just disappears then shows up again, and gets stuck

it couldve been that i either installed @-Curry-'s injustice hack or uninstalled speed intensifer. and nvm my device finally booted up

Hold the power and home button. As soon as the apple logo appears, let go off power button then hold volume up and home. Hold it for a while, it should boot properly.

If it works or you do it right, downgrade Cydia Substrate.
