We missed a select booster menu at start up level

In official games have pop up menu to select booster before we playing, can you fix it? Thanks

I’m level 29 and I get prompted for boosters. I think that happened at a certain level if I remember correctly (as did each booster unlock before that at various levels).

I don't have it that menu before we play it, I am at level 345

but when in games have that at bottom
