Help/Support Message Deleting After Restart

Hi,

Well I have wired issue I searched the google but nothing similar to mine. However tried there option to solve the issue but no luck. One of my friend suggested me for this forum so I can find geeks here. Your suggestion are welcome. Please

I had iPhone 5 on iOS 8.0 and recently I purchased iPhone 6s iOS 9.0.2 and JB & restore the data via iTunes.

Issue:

1-After restoring I got all text message & iMessage back in message app. But the problem was not able to receive any message notification & sound even the message not coming to top. But the message was appearing if the same contact person sms conversation was available in the list otherwise noting.

And iMessage was getting delivered but at ended the status line get stuck in last it does not go the end.

So I have took manual backup and paste those file in SMS folder. But same problem.

2-After give up I deleted all the sms from the message app one by one, then I restart the phone and message back again. I see this thing first time. So again using iFunbox deleted all file inside SMS folder then restart the phone, great no message.

So I thought now I can’t restore my previous message but new message can be store without any issue. Again whenever I receiving sms no notification or sound of incoming message. But message was showing in message app but after restart the message wipe out.

Now I can’t understand what is messing with message app even I remove all sms.db files make a clean slate. And I can’t see new message, notification, and sound and it get delete after restart.

You stated you were Jailbroken. Did you install any tweaks regarding the messages app?

Can you also try Messages while in Safe Mode?

Yes its jailboken, no i don't have any tweak for message and in safe mode same thing, nothing change. The thing is i don't understand why the message are deleted after restart and it was not happing when I putting all sms.db. All the old sms keep remains even restart its only happening if I start with new sms.db.

But with the old one you get no notifications?

What if you use the old sms.db and manually clear your Messages via the app?

No, in old still no notification sound or any alert, I have to go the message to check every thread even message don't come up on top. For example I have Friend 1, Friend 2 and Friend 3 messages in sequence if friend 3 message it does come to top I have to check every message if some thing came.

With old sms.db if i delete from message by selecting one by one that time it shows deleted but restart all the old sms.db come backup. I don't understand why.

So What should I check or do at least one thing will work.

I don't know what could be causing this. But definitely sure that a restore will fix it.
