Help/Support i can't turn on or restore my ipad 3 A1430

so, i have an iPad 3rd gen A1430 (which i assume is wifi+cellular (gsm)) running jailbroken iOS 8.3 and the problem is that when i was updating some cydia apps (appcake and other stuff) it was updating these apps and it worked fine. But, when i was updating winterboard, Cydia froze and crashed. I assumed i didn't have enough space so i turned on Siri and used that to quit Cydia. After that I tried deleting an app but the moment i held the app iOS froze entirely and i had to perform a hard reset (home button + sleep button) and now its stuck on the apple logo.I tried restoring it by downloading the WiFi Cellukar GSM version of iOS 8.4.1 from redmondpie.com and when i tried to recover/update it, it didn't work it showed me an error code (3194 or something like that) please help me, i don't know what to do

Have you tried sending it to Safe Mode?

To go to Safe Mode: Hold power and home button. As soon as you see the apple logo, let go off the power button and hold both the volume up and home button. Hold it until it boots properly. After that, downgrade Cydia Substrate.

And if that doesn't work, Apple stopped signing iOS 8. You are stuck whether to solve your issue or to upgrade to iOS 9.1.

Hello Aryan, I'd like to help you Looks like winter board is the prime suspect here. Try booting into safe mode (follow diversityy's steps^) then once you are at your homescreen try downgrading winter board if possible, and if you updated cydia substrate, downgrade that, too, to the previous version. Comment what happens! Hope this helps

This happened to me when updating Cydia Substrate so that's why I included that above

how do i get into safe mode? because i'm charging and following what you said but it just takes me into dfu mode. also, how do i downgrade cydia substrate? (winterboard wasn't installed completely btw)

i'm not on my homescreen because i can't access it, my iPad is just stuck on the apple logo when you turn your device on...

Press and hold the home button and power button until you're device resets, then after it goes black the apple logo will pop up, and when it does let go of the power button and home button and hold the volume up button for a good minute or two, be patient this will put you in safe mode

and how do i downgrade cydia substrate?

Go to Cydia and search for Cydia substrate, than tap modify on the top right, then tap downgrade, and choose the previous version. I recommend choosing 0.9.6101. Then it will downgrade and then re spring and it should be working fine.

Thank you so much Diversityy and Dannyboii15. I actually figured out how to downgrade Cydia myself but didn't know which version to downgrade it to. Basically I followed Diversityyy's instructions and booted up in safe mode, now I deleted two apps and downgraded Cydia Substrate. Now I didn't know which version until Dannyboii15 replied. But after turning safe mode off it wasn't booting up (or I got impatient) so I got in again and uninstalled the useless cheat and hacks for certain games and finally uninstalled winterboard (which was the main reason why it wasn't working I think) and now I turned it off and booted normally and it worked I could finally use my iPad without losing all those pictures thanks to you two
