Help/Support Cannot download game resources after resigning

Help pls! I resigned a decrypted IPA on iOS, and installed it on another device, iOS 26, but the game cannot Download its resources. 

Always something like this:

Then I tried to install it on iOS 17 on my iPad. However the app cannot connect to the server, it can't connect to Internet. Why would this happen! help pls,...

Try using Sideload Spoofer as that may help. Otherwise, the issue may be more complex.

I tried but it still can't download resources, and I tested on another iOS 17 iPad, it doesn't work either. However it works on my iOS14 iPhone with trollstore, idk if it's the problem of my signing. It just loooks like the app cannot get the path to download.
