how to enter safe mode and i searched on google somone tried to restore it still wont work

hold the power and home button for 10 seconds until it reboots, then when the apple logo shows up hold the volume up button until it gets to springboard.

Does the safe mode change anything? Try to enter it .

If it didn't do anything then you should restore
