Help/Support non jn ipa Sword Master Story doesn't work

[1min 1 iPhone 12 Pro Max 16.1.2]

The game keeps saying that the store failed to init in login screen, I tried to tap "later" and "retry" but both buttons freezes the game (not really but I can't do anything from now) and crashes the other times

Note: I can log with facebook when I accept tracking

Edit: Sometimes tapping "later" will work and log me in (happened only 2 times and now the app keeps crashing) but there is still the problem of freezing (happened when claiming rewards from quest and box)

 

Edit 2: After many tries, I achieve to connect 2-3 more times. First the invocation and costumes can’t be used, after the purchase confirmation popup nothing happen. Second leaving a character detail freezes the game (really this time) and crashes after a few seconds (20-30sec i think)
