Help/Support VIP held for approval

Im just wondering how long it usually takes. I tried to cancel the order and reorder but it still shows as processing.Theres  a pay button  will it result in a double charge?

I already sent a private message to the administrator, but I haven’t received any response yet it still shows as unread. It’s been about two days now. Dont know if its got blocked or no access to sent messages     Thanks

An update to this case.  Order shows expired but it still appears as pending payment in my account.
