When attempting to download IPAs on my free account I'm told there is a 2 day queue and this is apparently just permanent for non VIP users as in the profile dropdown it syas that all non-VIP users have a 2 day wait period. Is this normal or a bug?

Hello, queue times vary due to traffic so its very possible that it was up to 2 day wait period on free account. You can either wait and try again in a bit or purchase vip account to bypass that wait time
