Hes actually using three, one two times and another one once lol. But if you have a problem with him monetizing more than 2 times let an admin know, but as far as monetizing his hacks, he can definitely do that!

 

Edit: Since your having problems downloading it from your iPad just use a PC and if not you are not next to one at the moment just wait till you are.
