not install binary wcatus file

put it in its place ios 8/9 /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx/wcatus.app/wcatus

and

set 777 (exp)

and

install hake deb file

and

Reboot the device
