thank you for solving the problem as soon as possible because we pay the subscriptions but unfortunately there are far too often malfunctions which makes us lose time for our subscription.

I'm not the one who handles subscriptions. Our admin will get to it asap.

I've been waiting for the email for the VIP+ application for 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Is this normal?

If you purchased App+ and are waiting for your email then yes, 2 weeks sounds normal these days. Unfortunately that is out of our control and you're waiting for Apple to register you.
