Help/Support [I'm Done] [HELP!] Can't install any applications. iTunes, AppStore, iPA Installer

I can't install anything, and I'm so fed up.

 

With AppStore i get: Unable to Download App "AppName" could not be installed at this time

With iPAInstaller Console: Failed to install

iTools: APIError

iTunes: Nothing happens, just sits there 'installing'

AppCake: -999 Error

 

I can't restore cause there's no iOS 9.1 jb

What repo is that? And AppSync shouldn't have anything to do with AppStore not installing apps.
