You don't get any equipment or exp anyway if you don't consume ammo. How much you got depends on how many ammo you spent.

I found a quick way for farming EXP, Gold and Equipments.

1- “Deactivate “Low HP Enemies”.

2- Make sure your characters attacked the Zombies and used ammo.

3- Reactivate “Low Enemy HP”.
Now you instantly kill mobs and earn everything from it. You can also use speedhack for faster farming.

I tested that way. The exp number seems large. But exp bar didn't move quicker. The exp number showed is fake
