The rules don't forbid TV'ing users but nobody has the time and nerves to do something over TeamViewer. Teamviewer lags. It's helpful but it's also annoying. And the problem you ask now will be asked by hundreds of more members in the days to come and we'll all have to answer them with the same solution like the rest. That is why we always ask you to create a topic about your problem.

 

Creating a topic not only helps other members looking for the same solution but it also allows other members with a different kind of perspective to reply to that topic and help out.
