I believe downloading the modded version then Sideload the original version and replace it.

where do i get the IPA file of original version to use in sideloadly? 

 

UPDATE-- I downloaded the modded version and installed through sideloadly. Next I downloaded the app store decrypted IPA file of the original version and sideloaded that over the modded version but it still will not let me log in through apple ID, Facebook or Gamecenter to load saved data.

Try the other way round, I heard that works. Decrypted original, log in then Sideload modded.
