I tried several times with several devices. Only 4 functions work.

- Give All Items -> Head into Settings > Other and toggle the User Agreement button. -Work

It's worked for me, all Dlc actived on Iphone 7, ios 15.8.4

I installed it by trollstore.

Still testing the stability of it.

I tested what I said worked before I said it worked. There is two people confirming it works, maybe try installing it a different way as I recommended before.

I know their problem is the App Store Region. Change it to another Region where app available then reinstall it, all DLC active.
