Thanks! Now the shop does open, but still whenever I try to make a purchase, I do not receive any sugar. In addition to that, the weekly subscription feature isn't available, but the fast time option works.

IAP isn’t added in the hack.

Sugar, you need to earn some. Watch an ad for it.

Premium is automatically enabled hence why you can’t buy it, it’s pre-enabled.

Okay, understandable. 
I tried it right now, and earned some sugar, but unfortunately they're not unlimited—whenever I use them, they decrease, so it seems the hack isn't working. In addition to that, it seems we only got 2x speed from premium and nothing else. Thanks for your time!
