    Enter safe mode and downgrade cydia substrate to lower version and it will work fine.

    done that and it didn't work

    reinstall Cydia Substrate

    What version iOS are you on and what cyia substate version did you Downgrade to?

    i am on iOS version 8.1.2 and I downgraded to cydia substrate version 0.9.6011.

    Delete the Recent tweak/ mod/ hack you have downloaded and respring. Try it maybe it has caused it.

    Or install crashreporter to see what have been crashing your springboard and delete it.

    i am on iOS version 8.1.2 and I downgraded to cydia substrate version 0.9.6011.

    I had the same problem the other day when Cydia Substrate was updated. the way I solved it was by entering safe mode and downgrading Cydia Substrate to the one I had before updating. It Should work if you downgrade Substrate /:

    Delete the Recent tweak/ mod/ hack you have downloaded and respring. Try it maybe it has caused it.Or install crashreporter to see what have been crashing your springboard and delete it.

    when I got crash reporter, it wouldn't open it crashed right away. I deleted many tweaks and it did not fix it.

    Also when I try to respring it gets stuck on apple logo

    Don't remove Cydia Substrate , try another older version, as well as re-installing PreferanceLoader.
