What version iOS are you on and what cyia substate version did you Downgrade to?

i am on iOS version 8.1.2 and I downgraded to cydia substrate version 0.9.6011.

Delete the Recent tweak/ mod/ hack you have downloaded and respring. Try it maybe it has caused it.

Or install crashreporter to see what have been crashing your springboard and delete it.

I had the same problem the other day when Cydia Substrate was updated. the way I solved it was by entering safe mode and downgrading Cydia Substrate to the one I had before updating. It Should work if you downgrade Substrate /:

when I got crash reporter, it wouldn't open it crashed right away. I deleted many tweaks and it did not fix it.

Also when I try to respring it gets stuck on apple logo

Don't remove Cydia Substrate , try another older version, as well as re-installing PreferanceLoader.
