Try use ESign to install but I cannot install the game.  But still don’t understand why installing via sideloadly and ESign are different.

Sometimes sideloadly sideloads the applications while esign installs them as applications and always bypasses the issues caused by sideloading the apps

Mine worked i even played a game 😅 I uploded a guide on how to download esign on ios it is awaiting approval so after that you can follow the guide
