cpm2 Cant save progress

I have no idea why it won save he progress just keeps getting to 50% then it says cant save progress

If you have a bugged car slot, like if you have 2 dupe cars and you get rid of one, the other cars slot will get bugged, then ypu wont be Ble to save. If this is your caze, sign out, and then sign back in and should be able to save again. But you will lose any cars you gained while experiencing dupe corruption.
