If you have the multiplier on and you spend it doesn’t spend at the multiplier rate. Assuming this is what you’re asking.

hi so uhm i js tried again and is it only the quest rewards (bottom bar) that multiplies cuz after I defeated a boss it doesnt do the multiply thing and so didnt it work when I did some of the daily missions it doesnt multiply

It only multiplies the quest rewards, bottom bar. I just tested this mod as it was updated to 3.0. The rewards you get are multiplied. if you think they aren't, post a video.
