in filza we can access them  but i don't think we can set permission 777

how you do it i meant cause i know it works ,can you do it with filza ?

Same way as iFile. Filza is actually better when it comes to Apps and App names on iOS 8+.

yeah but what do i do after ?

Go into the app's folder and set permissions to what you need to set permissions to.
