ive done everything correct but it says Loading stage: user checked and it does not open . i have used the guest account

So ive  used the method that you gave in the tutorial. Then someone in the comments wrote about that the first pop out you will need to select the first file, and then in the second pop out the second file. But the second Pop Out never came. So eventually I gave up
