I do not experience this. Mods are tested frequently and fixed as soon as possible if there are issues. 
 

Can you both provide more information. 
 

How you are installing, what device, what iOS version.

I tested this on 16.4 jailbroken with TrollStore and 18.3.1 with a certificate and do not experience what you guys do. I will say it took a long time for the initial play to download the 250mb update.
