Hi,

Does anyone else have an issue whereby downloading this app it always starts you from the tutorial and doesn’t let you use your main account despite logging into it? I’ve tried all methods but I can’t use my main account from Official app on here.

likewise, I can’t use the account from THIS app on official, any ideas ?

I keep having issues every time I try to open the inbox in game and spinning hero event wheels. Any time I try to spin the wheels to unlock new heroes it says there’s a problem with my internet connection. Says the exact same thing when trying to open my inbox. Everything else is fine and there’s nothing wrong with my connection. Is this a known issue? Very frustrating.
