iPhone 14 Plus latest iOS. Game crashes on intro when you make first stop towards hospital. Afterwards it doesn’t even do anything but crash right away. I have paid iOSGods app+. Also if you enable any cheat in the intro it crashes right away.

try going through tutorial first before turning on any cheats
