no need for safe moce you can hold the icon and press the x button without any problems =)

 

ps: how to go into Safe mode ^^ havent done that yet with an non jailbroken device

 

ups i understood that wrong sorry, @DarkDro0 hold off button 5 sec then home and off 10 sec and release the off but keep holding the home button for 10sec more and you should go out of that logo =)

Press + volume until it goes to ur home screen then uninstall the tweak that makes the app go to apple logo thingy
