    Same problem, received the mail saying that my UDID was checked, and now can proceed to install the app, when I try, it stop and leave just the app icon on the screen with the cloud near.

     

    Can’t find a solution, that’s not correct, because I’ve already paid

    Hey @Rook I’m assuming that y’all are already working on the revoke that happened? Will we be emailed when the problem has been fixed? I’m glad to see that I’m not the only person with this issue. It stinks because I waited the 3 days and then I thought I did something wrong.

    I can’t find anything in the FAQ to help with the situation.  It recommends to use app+ to get around revokes, but that’s what I’m trying to install and it won’t work.  It could very well be something I’m missing, but I’m not sure.

    Submit a revoke fix request and wait. Every thing will depend on Apple after that.

    From what I’ve seen, while installing the profile it checks if there has been a revoke and submits a request right then if there was a revoke.  I don’t know how to manually submit one.

     

    I’m able to download, I just can’t install.  On my Home Screen with the cloud icon.

    I see that rook has responded to this already. I am currently having this issue and will try to put in a revoke request as well. Will update this comment if it is successful.
