Help/Support App+ isn’t loading

I just redownloaded App+ and seem to be experiencing the same issue as stated above, the pages are constantly loading. I’m assuming this is a simple revoke? I’m on version 0.9.3 (GUI is fire btw)

if App+ is opening then its not revoked. then its just connectivity issue ..

Ok thank you might be an issue on my end, redownloaded multiple times now enabled/disabled VPN, changed wifi networks and tried cellular data. Not much seems to change every page indefinitely loads except the downloads page and settings page where i can log into my account. I will continue to try and resolve this issue now that i know it is likely something to do on my end.

is it crashing? or just freezes or nothing happens and stays blank?

it doesnt crash and download + activation goes smoothly, it just indefinately loads the pages. If a try refresh it constantly refreshes. It definately sounds like a network issue, it acts similar to if you have no network .

yeah. i will ask developer to add error messages where ever needed. Thank you and apologies for confusion.

Hey, just found out the issue. For some reason my phone was running VPN in the background despite turning it off in settings and even deleting the vpn app i use, i had to disable it manually in the vpn settings for it to fully disable. Once i did that the app loaded perfectly.
