system32 processes using all my memory?

Don't know why but my memory is being used by system32 processes and it makes my computer all laggy.

Restarting doesn't help either. It's not an ios issue but can I have some help with this? Thanks. 

 

I'm on Lenovo y510p Windows 8.1

 

Here's a picture of my task manager. 

I don't have any programs open except Skype.

Maybe there are programs work but you can't see it if you have button say like

Show processes from all users

Try to press it and see

The processes are still there and I'm still lagging really bad. :(

Try running ADWCleaner 

 

and do a scan with Malware Bytes.

edit: after do what @DiDA say do this :D

 

open run then type: msconfig

then you will see a window like this

do like what i do here :D then go to Services

press Hide all Microsoft services then press disable all then just mark the anti-virus

after that go to Startup

the same :D Disable all and mark the anti-virus :3 then apply then restart your PC :D
