u dont need to restorejust update to ios 9.0.2 and only the jailbreak will be removed. and jsut rejailbreak again

yes, thats how I jailbreaked my ios 9.0.2 without losing anything

But you'll need to fix this Cydia issue otherwise you'll have to update.

 

My suggestion would be to try out iCleaner. And probably uninstall all tweaks and reinstall them?
