Help/Support app store glitch

there is this glitch/bug when I press to download it doesnt download the install button reverts back to normal idk what to do

log out of apple id, reboot and log back in

tried still not working. i used vshare a little while ago, if that has anything to do with it, it also says 'cannot connect to app store' i tried without and with wifi and it still doesnt work Updated October 25, 2015 by Tom Ford

Can you boot into Safe Mode and try the App Store from there?
